• Pete Buttigieg: “There's so much we do in fact agree on.”
• Arizona Congressional candidate JoAnna Mendoza: “Well first and foremost, it’s a big tent party.”

Back then, they thought if they did let illegals in they could affect elections and they wouldn’t have to worry about their base anymore because they’d have the population to vote them in and then they would have their dream which is a command economy… Meaning central planning and that the elites of the social Democrats run the show… The hypocrisy is roaring.

On Wednesday, I had a great time at the Schuylkill County Fair, taking part in the annual Celebrity Tractor Pull. It was a pleasure to be joined by Schuylkill County Commissioners Larry Padora and Boots Hetherington, Sheriff Shawn Butler, and Pottsville Mayor Tom Smith.

A sincere thank you to the Schuylkill County Fair Association and especially President Paul Kennedy, for putting together another outstanding fair. Year after year, this event showcases the very best of Schuylkill County’s agricultural community and the hardworking families who make it so special. It’s a tradition we’re proud to celebrate, and I always enjoy being a part of it.

On Thursday, I had a great time at the Lebanon County Fair, one of Central Pennsylvania’s oldest celebrations of our farming heritage.

While it’s always great to see families enjoying the rides, food, and entertainment, what stands out most is the opportunity to celebrate Pennsylvania agriculture and the hardworking farmers and producers who help keep our Commonwealth strong.

Big thanks to Mike Firestine for joining me on the fairgrounds to chat with a few old friends and meet some new ones.

I had a great time yesterday at the 15th Annual Northeast Leadership Golf Classic and Dinner, one of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s premier annual events, and was joined by many great leaders from across the region.

This year’s gathering was especially meaningful as we honored the legacies of Bob Tambur and Pat Solano, two men who were instrumental in building the Northeast Leadership organization.

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this year’s event such a meaningful tribute.

This year's event was marked by the passing of Bob Tambur this past Wednesday. It was a somber day, but at the same time, everyone remembers him fondly, not just here, but everywhere.

If you looked up the definition of pillar of the community in the dictionary, it was Bob Tambur. He was a great business leader who supported significant projects that improved our community.

More than that, he was a great friend, mentor, and philanthropist who gave so much back to everyone in his life.

Bob Tambur owned Isabella's, named after his daughter. Over the past 20 years, this has served as the unofficial headquarters for many political meetings led by the great Patrick J Solano, who was a very close friend of Bob Tambur as well. Anyone involved in Republican politics, as well as many Democrats, have met and launched their candidacies at Bob Tambur’s Isabellas. It was certainly a place that brought people together for good civil discussion and camaraderie with a focus on giving back to the community. My team and I were happy to host our annual Constituent Appreciation Picnic at Knoebels Amusement Resort on Saturday.

It was wonderful to welcome families, friends, community members, local elected officials, and leaders from across Pennsylvania’s Ninth Congressional District for an afternoon of great conversation, good food, and family fun.

It was a pleasure to be joined by Senator Lynda Schlegel Culver, Representative Tim Twardzik, Representative Joanne Stehr, Representative Mike Stender, Schuylkill County Commissioners Boots Hetherington and Larry Padora, Bradford County Commissioner Doug McLinko, Susquehanna County Commissioner Alan Hall, Northumberland County Commissioner Sam Schiccatano, Montour County Sheriff Will McKenna, Pottsville Mayor Tom Smith, Northumberland County GOP Chair Clay Rowe, and Bradford County GOP Chair Dick Harris.

One of the best parts of this job is the opportunity to connect directly with the people and families I have the privilege of representing. It is an honor to serve the great people of Northumberland County, Pennsylvania’s Ninth Congressional District, and communities across our Commonwealth. We are grateful to hold this event each year at one of Pennsylvania’s true treasures, Knoebels, where generations of families have created lasting memories together.

We also took a moment to honor the memory of Dick Knoebel, whose leadership, generosity, and commitment to his family, community, and this remarkable Pennsylvania institution left a lasting legacy that will be remembered for generations.

A special thank you to the Knoebel family for their outstanding hospitality and for continuing the tradition that has made Knoebels such a treasured destination for families across Pennsylvania and beyond for the past 100 years. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s picnic another great success. My team and I truly appreciate the opportunity to spend the day with so many wonderful families from across the district.

My wife Shelley and I, my entire family and many, many friends throughout Pennsylvania are deeply saddened by the passing of Maria Diesel. Maria was a close, trusted friend, a dedicated campaign fundraising consultant, and a steadfast supporter of countless Republican candidates and causes over the years. Maria's positive energy will be so sorrowfully missed. More importantly, she was a kind, generous, and holy person whose warmth and unwavering commitment to others left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed by our family, our entire team, and the many lives she touched, and we extend our heartfelt prayers to her loved ones during this difficult time. 

May God continue to bless our nation. I look forward to seeing you soon,
