POTTSVILLE– Today, State Representative Mike Tobash announced his endorsement of Dan Meuser for Congress:
“I am proud to endorse Dan Meuser for Congress because he will put America and Pennsylvania First,” Tobash said. “Dan will be a great voice, helping to grow opportunities for Pennsylvania students and businesses”
“Dan is a conservative problem-solver who we can trust to fight tenaciously for his constituents to deliver results, especially for our youth. As chairman of the sub-committee on Career & Technical Education and through working with Dan I know he understands how important the right educational programs are for the success of our students and local economy. With Dan’s business experience and commitment to results, he understands that one size does not fit all when it comes to education. The more we can empower our schools and teachers to help develop the skills that match the family sustaining jobs that are right here in our region, the better our region becomes. He is the type of candidate our country needs in Washington. We will all be working hard to ensure Dan is elected on November 6th. Our country is counting on it.”
“Representative Tobash has been someone I admire for his commitment to service, his integrity and his leadership on education and other issues,” Meuser said. “As Chair of the Public Pension Review Commission, Mike understands what our state is facing and is working on a Bi-Partisan effort with our State Treasurer, Joe Torsella and Auditor General Eugene DePasquale to make sure that billions of dollars in fees stay with Pennsylvania retirees and not in the pockets of wall street money managers.”
Dan Meuser is the Republican nominee for U.S. Congress in the 9th District. Dan has served both as a private sector businessman responsible for helping create thousands of jobs and as Secretary of the Department of Revenue for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
