Tamaqua Mayor Nathan Gerace Supports Dan Meuser For Congress

Pottsville- Dan Meuser for Congress is pleased to announce the endorsement from Tamaqua Mayor Nathan Gerace.

In early 2018, Gerace was sworn in as Mayor of Tamaqua at age nineteen, the youngest ever to hold the position, with the stated goals of encouraging greater hometown pride, getting youth more actively involved in the community and increasing community interaction with the police department.

"I am regularly noted for 'youthful energy' in news reports, but if you want to see energy, look at Dan Meuser. He has been all over the 9th Congressional District meeting with voters for over a year, in Schuylkill County and, specifically, Tamaqua many times over. His work ethic is tireless and that is something we should want to see in our next congressman, " said Gerace, "I am also very encouraged by his business background, commitment to public private partnerships and opportunity zones that will help the prosperity of places like Tamaqua, as well as by his dedication to battling the opioid epidemic plaguing our region and his support of law enforcement."

"I thank Mayor Gerace for his endorsement and I look forward to working with him and the patriotic, hard-working community of Tamaqua, on the priorities that matter to Mayor Gerace and the residents to create an environment that revives the economy of the region," said Meuser.

Dan Meuser is a Candidate for US Congress. Dan has served both as a private sector businessman responsible for helping create thousands of jobs and as Secretary of the Department of Revenue for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dan has been endorsed by countless elected officials.
